Consultations & Medicare
Ballarat East Medical is a bulk billing clinic for all eligible GP services.
Our practice runs on an appointment schedule. Consultation length varies between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the needs of each patient.
Please let reception staff know whether you require a short or longer appointment when making the appointment.
New Patients
Please fill out the patient questionnaire on your first visit and hand back to the receptionist to check all areas are filled out.
Bookings are essential as we are not able to assist walk-ins.
Hours & After Hours
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
Phone contact is the preferred method as reception staff may not read emails until the end of the working day.
For urgent medical attention when this practice is closed, call 000 or attend your local emergency department.

Parking
Free parking is available along Humffray Street North. Access to the practice is from the right-hand side of the building (follow the signs to reception).
